Do you ship world wide?

We ship to almost every country in the world with DHL Express.

How do I measure my wrist size?

Use a tape measure to check your wrist size and select the right size. The sizes below are the circumference of your wrist.

5.9″: Extra Small
6.3″: Small
6.7″: Small / Medium
7.1″: Medium (avg. size)
7.5″: Medium / Large
7.9″: Large
8.3″: Extra Large

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

This depends on which country you are ordering from. For most countries within the EU we won’t charge anything. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 3 to 5 days. If you want to receive your order within 1 or 2 days, you can pay a fee for Express Delivery. For deliveries outside the EU we need to charge a fee for Express Delivery. This is because DHL Express will also charge us much more for deliveries outside of the EU. Deliveries can be expected within 2 to 5 days. For the most accurate indication of delivery costs and transit time, please go to our check-out and fill in your address. The delivery costs and transit time will automatically appear.

How long does my warranty last?

Pig & Hen bracelets are made with the outmost of care. All the bracelets are handmade and handled with great attention by our production team to be able to give you the best possible quality. Therefore we provide a 24 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a defect in your Pig & Hen within this period of time, we will exchange it with a new one. Please send an email with your question and order number to service@pighen.com. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to solve your problem.

My bracelet is too loose, can you shorten it?

Is your bracelet too loose and has the 30 day money back guarantee expired? You don’t have to worry. We offer the following solutions:

Send your bracelet to our head office 1. If you want to shorten your bracelet, please let us know at service@pighen.com. Don't forget to share the size that you need (XS, S, SM, M, ML or L), your full address details and phone number.
2. For shortening your bracelet and sending it back and forth we charge 30,00 USD in advance. You can pay via a payment link that you will receive after contacting us.
3. As soon as the payment has been received we will send you a free shipping label and a Size shortening form.
4. Send the bracelet and the Size shortening form to our head office. As soon as we have received and opened your return, you will receive an email to confirm. This can take up to 10 working days.

Shortening in our Store in Amsterdam You can visit us with the bracelet and have it resized for free. Our shop is located at Berenstraat 9 in Amsterdam. You can also visit one of our On-Tour days. See our website for the agenda: https://www.pighen.com/on-tour

Which payments do you accept?

We accept payments through Direct Banktransfer, PayPal and Creditcard (Mastercard, VISA).

I own a Pig & Hen bracelet - now what?

Euhm... I lost the pin of my shackle

The only way to be parted of your shackle pin is not being strong enough to tighten it.. Or maybe it was a drunken night? We’ll do the right thing and send you a new one, just order it here.

How do I maintain the bracelet?

Our products are made from the strongest material and therefor have great durability. To keep you Pig & Hen looking at it’s best you don’t have to do anything special. Sun, sea water, daily showers, your bracelet doesn’t mind. Just wear it and don’t take it off. If it does get a little smelly you can wash it in the wash machine in 30 degrees. Make sure you take off the shackle as it can get a little noisy in there...

The fastest way to receive a different size or another bracelet is to sent your order back for a refund and to order again through our online store.

Receive a refund:
Please return your order within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your money back from us within 1 or 2 weeks.

Please note: have you lost your order / return form please write your order number and name on a note. If you have purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend going back to the retailer.
