How can I contact you?

How do I measure my wrist size?

Use a tape measure to check your wrist size and select the right size. The sizes below are the circumference of your wrist.

5.9″: Extra Small
6.3″: Small
6.7″: Small / Medium
7.1″: Medium (avg. size)
7.5″: Medium / Large
7.9″: Large
8.3″: Extra Large

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

Shipping
  • Free express delivery within 1 to 3 days
  • Track & Trace: As soon as the package has been collected, you will receive a track & trace code in your e-mail
  • US customers do not have to pay any duty costs. Canadian customers will be charged 8.5% of the purchase amount in duty costs afterwards.



Free On Demand Delivery

Once your shipment has been handed over to DHL Express, you will immediately receive an SMS and/or e-mail message about the anticipated delivery date. 

  • Using ODD you can decide for yourself how, where and when the delivery will take place.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive another SMS and/or e-mail message, so that you will know precisely when to expect your parcel.
  • You can decide how, where and when the delivery will take place, up until 30 mins before the scheduled delivery (!)



Returns:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 60 days for a refund. If you would like to receive another size or different bracelet, please order again via our online store.

How long does my warranty last?

Pig & Hen bracelets are made with the outmost of care. All the bracelets are handmade and handled with great attention by our production team to be able to give you the best possible quality. Therefore we provide a 24 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a defect in your Pig & Hen within this period of time, we will exchange it with a new one. Please send an email with your question and order number to service@pighen.com. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to solve your problem.

I own a Pig & Hen bracelet - now what?

Euhm... I lost the pin of my shackle

The only way to be parted of your shackle pin is not being strong enough to tighten it.. Or maybe it was a drunken night? We’ll do the right thing and send you a new one, just order it here.

How do I maintain the bracelet?

Our products are made from the strongest material and therefor have great durability. To keep you Pig & Hen looking at it’s best you don’t have to do anything special. Sun, sea water, daily showers, your bracelet doesn’t mind. Just wear it and don’t take it off. If it does get a little smelly you can wash it in the wash machine in 30 degrees. Make sure you take off the shackle as it can get a little noisy in there...

The fastest way to receive a different size or another bracelet is to sent your order back for a refund and to order again through our online store.

Receive a refund:
